Upgrade store visual communications to improve engagement, accuracy and the bottom line.

Strategy: 

Focus on people first, then tools. Recruit and train a team on design thinking, UI/UX best practices while encouraging accountability and championing the value of balancing work and life. 

Success: 

My team and I achieved the impossible. I designed a process and trained a team to capture and log over 50,000 designs in a digital database, enabling planning and visualization tools.  I sourced a high end camera and incorporated the photography into each design record, adding accuracy to 3D creations. I established 3D virtual walk-throughs using Lidar technology enabling remote access to physical spaces for widespread teams.  I shared design thinking with cross-functional partners, enhancing collaboration and engagement.  Stores reported dramatically improved user experience, engagement, and accuracy.
